Calibrate’s maintenance service is the final step in the process but one of the most important as it brings peace of mind that your asset is being looked after and performing optimally at all times.

We offer up to 20-years warranty dependent on the product, this demonstrates our commitment to you as a customer and also the quality of our product.

However, sometimes things do go wrong and that’s why it’s important for you as our client to have cover. This ensures that do not have a break in service for your system which could affect your productivity and profitability.

How does it Work?

  • For systems installed by Calibrate, our 20-year Maintenance and Warranty packages sets out the costs at quotation stage so annual outlay is known clearly up front.
  • For systems installed by Calibrate where the client takes the package retrospectively, we will do a free appraisal and work with you to agree the service level.
  • For clients that come to us with a system installed by a 3rd party, we will do an appraisal of the full system and agree the level of cover with you based on the appraisal.
