The design phase determines the building’s energy performance and the potential for renewable energy integration to ensure they meet the Government’s increasingly high energy efficiency performance.

It is therefore important from a compliance perspective as the construction industry has seen the rise of green building certifications, to encourage the adoption of energy-efficient construction practices, sustainable materials, renewable energy integration, and overall eco-friendly building design.
